Based on techniques performed on thousands of post-partum women- Restore Your Core dedicates its primary focus in teaching women about their body and empowering them with safe, effective methods. At Restore Your Core you will gain the education, understanding and clarity in improving the functionality of your Diastasis Recti & pelvic floor in order to prepare you for a stronger post-partum.

What is the program like?
In the program you will learn how your pelvic floor and core connection effects the body. In the coaching program you will be led through video- based training that teaches you the methodologies proven to heal your separation. You will begin by re-training the body to effectively breathe correctly in order to manage your injury-based diastasis recti. Through mental awareness, you will begin to re-align and correct incorrect patterns that will lead to strengthening and re-gaining your core connection. Ultimately, leading to a stronger post-partum body.

I wanted to lose weight initially because I hated my stomach. I had bought a thick slim plan from Instagram and lost weight, but the weight came back. But I also saw my stomach poked out still and I had saggy skin. I found Dominique and we did a Facetime consultation together of her showing me how to measure my separation. I did not even know I had a separation. But she helped me fix it and not I am 2 fingers instead of 4. I am grateful for her time she dedicated to helping me.

I really enjoyed the program. It’s was small which allowed you to really connect with each mom. Being 3 years PP/ having already started this journey before, I stilled learned things they I thought I was doing correctly (lol). Having access to FaceTime/zoom to have live on on one time was very helpful and made me more confident.
